When a payment is requested, you will receive an email with “New contribution request” in the subject line.
💡 If you do not have Buildium login credentials, please email hello@teamkiley.com with your name, phone number, company name (if applicable), and at least one street address in your portfolio.
💡 Don’t see this screen when you logged in? Look for the contribution request banner and click on “Make payment.”
⚠️ Don’t see the “Make payment” button? That means ePay has not yet been enabled for your account. Please allow 2-3 business days for ePay to activate.
